Vincent. B. Joseph – Vice Chairman
Born in 1943, Joe has over 25 years experience as a senior executive responsible for international business strategy, planning, and marketing. Currently, Joe serves as Chairman Emeritus or AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (NASD OTC BB: “AMWW”) and as a strategic consultant and advisor to private clients, including Arvida/St. Joe Company (NY Stock Exchange); Founders Service Corporation; and, UCI Web Group, Inc., and as Vice Chairman of The Communications Group, Inc.; and Neighborhood Marketing Institute, LP. Prior, Joe was a founder and a director and Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of Businesship International, Inc., a $3.65 Billion (USD) multi-national, privately held, holding company with interests in information, education, distributed services and real estate. Prior, he was President and General Managing Partner of GlobalComm, Inc., a multi-national strategic planning, management consulting and financial advisory firm. Joe has served as President and Director of The Communications Group, the largest independent public relations, publicity, marketing-support and strategic planning company headquartered in the Southeast, United States. He has held senior executive positions in a number of publicly listed companies, serving as: Vice President of Marketing and Sales Worldwide of Visual Graphics Corporation (American Stock Exchange); General Sales Manager of Recognition Equipment, Inc. (NY Stock Exchange); and, Director of Industry and Government Relations and Standards of Control Data Corporation (NY Stock Exchange). Joe attended George Washington University and executive development programs at Harvard Business School, Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia Institute of Technology.
