The Tanga Cement Plant
IPG, in partnership with Barloworld Energy (wholly-owned by Barloworld, South Africa) is currently finalizing the terms of a 15 year Energy Services Agreement (“ESA”) with Tanga Cement Company Limited, of Tanzania. Tanga Cement is majority-owned by Alpha of South Africa which, in turn, is a subsidiary of Holcim, Switzerland.
