Ulliman. John Michael – BSc-Engineering – Director

Born in July 1956, John is employed by a major fortune 100 global defense and national security and technology company as Director – Business Development and Strategic Planning Marine Systems, where he directs Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Planning for Marine Systems, which incorporates: the Naval Propulsion and Power Generation; Missile Launcher; Nuclear Controls business, and Shipboard Systems, with in excess of $2.3 billion in annual sales. Prior to his current assignment, John has spent more than 15 years in the defense and aerospace industry and has held functional leadership positions in Marketing, Program Management and Strategic Planning for General Electric Company, B.F. Goodrich Aerospace, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. John’s product experience covers a wide spectrum of technologies, including: aero-derivative gas turbines; naval steam turbines; reduction gears and electrical power distribution equipment; water lubricated bearings; and sonar bow domes, in addition to military, civil and commercial satellite systems. John received a BSc.Eng. from Purdue University in 1979 and completed the General Electric Technical Marketing Program in 1981.
